How are antimicrobial coatings applied?

AMC application process explained

Trained System4 IPS technicians using the latest electrostatic spraying or fogging technology apply the product. Our equipment ensures uniform and thorough coverage by imparting an electrostatic charge to the droplets, which at 30-60 microns can be up to 90 times smaller than what is applied by a non-electrostatic, air-assisted sprayer. The electrical charging causes a natural force of attraction between the spray droplets and target surface, similar to the attraction between items of clothing created by the tumbling of a clothes dryer. The charge on the droplets is small, but the force pulling the spray towards the target is up to 75 times greater than the force of gravity. Droplets reverse direction and move upwards, against gravity, when passing a target surface, providing a uniform 360-degree coating.
