# What payment options are available for our service invoices?

## Paperless, electronic payments are recommended

We offer two forms of Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments:

- **Direct debit:** Automates payments by debiting your bank account on the 15th of every month.
- **Direct credit:** Allows you to control when and how much to pay by initiating payments from your bank account.
